Stuck on welcome screen forever in windows 7!!

I have an Asus laptop, i tried to start it but i cant login because there is only one user and its stuck on the welcome screen. the Ctrl+alt+delete is not working and i tried all of the safe modes and it didnot work.
some of you will say how are you sending this message??. well i am sending it from my MacBook Pro.please help me.

Can you try Control, Shift and Escape at the welcome screen to see if that brings up the Task Manager?

When you tried the Safe Modes, could you see a black Command form? If you can still get to that, type
msconfig
and hit Enter. The System Configuration form should show up and you can click the StartUp tab and remove the ticks from any programme you don't really need to run Windows.
