Stuck on windows 10 choose an option screen.

First of all, yes I checked various websites and people's posts on many forums, but I can't seem to find the problem. Anyway, the problem for me is that on my laptop when I turn it on it says preparing automatic repair, then it says choose an option, but I tried every option other than resetting it, system restore (I never made a system restore and if I did it was a while ago), and a few other options. So after choosing an option, it goes through the booting up process then it shows a cmd window and after that it restarts and the choose an option screen appears again. I'm not sure if this is the right forum or category, but if anyone replies or helps that would be much appreciated. As for the laptop itself, I could try searching what model it is but I'm not sure if I could find anything similar (I can try if someone needs that info).

Sounds like your windows recovery is broken.
You need to completely reinstall from scratch:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
If you have data you need to save off it, you have to hook up the hard drive to another working computer and just pull it off manually.
