[SOLVED] Stuck on Windows boot screen until I restart//LiveKernelEvent 144

When restarting or booting up my PC, my PC will get stuck on the Windows loading screen. The loading circle animation still spins but my PC will not boot up until I restart it again. Since this began I have been having trouble running some programs (mainly VALORANT).

I reset my PC, reinstalled Windows and wiped all files in hopes of fixing this issue but the issue still persists.

I am unsure as to whether this is related but when viewing my system problems report I am presented with this hardware error.

that would be USB, might be some rouge USB device or driver
you will need to provide DMP memory dump to see which hardware/driver is causing it
if there is none, let that circle spin, it might take long time (maybe 30min?) but its stuck on hardware detection, watchdog will throw BSOD later on, so let it spin untill BSOD
