I have a HP pavillion dv 6 laptop and I recently upgraded to windows 10 I had a problem earlier that whenever I connected to the internet my screen went black with a high pitch sound from the computer. Force shutdown would help but again if Internet connectivity was present it went into the same situation.
I uninstalled iTunes and the problem was gone.
Today 3 months after this incident I tried to install my ATI Radeon graphics driver(Dont know the name)
And while installing my sceen behaved in the same way as described before(no sound this time). So I tried to reset my pc and remove all apps and settings .
The reset got stuck at 99%. And I don't mean that it just was there for a few hours--no, the screen literally froze. So I restarted the pc again, which brought me to a screen that says, "Choose an Operating System" that has two options. Both options are "Windows 10 on volume 2." There seems to be no distinction between them. But the problem is that if I click one, and it doesn't matter which one, or if I just let the pc automatically run on one of them, it loads for a few seconds with the "welcome" screen, and then immediately restarts itself looping back to the same "Choose an Operating System." It seems to be stuck on an infinite loop. Help?
