stucks to 0% at the expanding windows files for 2 hours

I have a hp laptop and i format it at the past 2-3 times today i am trying to format it and it stucks to 0% at the expanding windows files for 2 hours and i tried to restart the pc and all this things what should i do thank's!!!

Well it sounds like you might have a failing hard drive but you can confirm that by testing it with the drive maker's diagnostic software for DOS which loads from a bootable CD which you have to make from a CD Image.

For all drive makes except WD, download SeaTools for DOS: http://www.seagate.com/gb/en/support/downloads/item/seatools-dos-master/

For WD drive, click the link which appears on this page: http://www.smartestcomputing.us.com/topic/63494-looking-for-western-digital-data-lifeguard-iso/

Use IMGBurn to create the CD (you can use any computer for this) from either of the above CD Images:
http://www.smartestcomputing.us.com/topic/63494-looking-for-western-digital-data-lifeguard-iso/

Boot your laptop from that CD.
