Hi guys,

I'm going to study soon, and i'm in need of a laptop that can run a VM (maybe multiple but i don't know yet) and take some notes. Would be lovable if i can take up to 5-6 hours on battery life with it, so i wouldn't be needed to put it into a charger all the time.

So now i'm looking for a good budget laptop (as i have 2 kids and a house to pay) , so i was looking for a decent 500-600€ laptop.

The school itself recommends a laptop with at least an i5, but they recommend i7 (or an AMD that is same as one of those). And at least 8gb (16recommended).

The options i have :
Option 1 :

This is a 2in1 laptop , the guy says it is new in the box. Specs are i5 8265U , 16GB Ram, 512GB SSD, MX 250 and it's a 15 inch. The picture on the box says it's a Envy x360 Convertible 15-dr0024nb (but i can't find any information about that one on review sites or youtube)

Option 2 :

This one is a secondhand, it has been used in the guys office, but only has 2,9% battery wear.
Specs are an i5 8350u vpro , 16GB Ram , 256GB SSD, and an Intel UHD 620. This one is qwerty, whilst im used to azerty, but i could get used to qwerty pretty fast too i think.

So my question is , which one is the best option, will long me the last on battery life (not every class will have the ability to put in a charger, and which one will produce the lesser noise under load?

Which one is the best bang for bucks?
