Student looking for a cheap mini pc that can run league of legends

So i'm looking for a cheap mini pc that can run league of legends with no problems because with the laptop im using at the moment (lenovo idea pad 110 15.6") can run the game on 60fps but on the lowest settings and i keep getting large frame drops to about 20 or less. Thanks in advanced if you can help

If you have an old desktop at home. Buy a used graphics card online and chuck it in there. Make sure to do some research though so you don't accidentally get something you don't want. If you're looking for a laptop, anything with a dedicated gpu will run it splendidly.
