Studio xps PSU?

i have a studio XPS from a long time ago its hd5450 video card, i7 870 windows 7.
something like that not sure what PSU it uses since the 5450 costs only 20 watts

A PC with a HD 5450 needs at least 330W from a good quality power supply.

will i be able to put a 750 ti or something in it?

so i guess i can't... its not high quality

Then you'd need to buy a good quality power supply eg Anetc VP450. Just make sure it will fit and connect up OK.
