Stupidly delete C drive and system reserve point

So i stupidly delete my C Drive and System partition because when i tried to instal win 10 . It doesnt boot up anymore it's always stuck. And error says
RECOVERY
System 32 winload is required files eror or missing

Please somebody help me with this problem

you need to do a fresh install since you deleted all the OS and system partitions. only one choice. create the install usb/dvd if you don't already have it and star over. it's all gone, just gone now.

There is no "fix".

You need to start over, and do a full clean OS install.
Wipe everything.

Do you have Win10 installation media created, preferably USB? Boot from it (select it in Boot Devices, put USB at top of boot order priority), select custom install, it should show the entire drive available now..

I still have bootable disk off win 10 but when i tried to boot it its always stuck on that error over and over again

You need to boot from that, and delete all existing partitions during this install.

Yes sir but it doesn't want to boot up , even though in boot priority section i'll put it in the top . Still always stuck
