Stutter during streaming

Okay so this is weird so ima try to explain as easily, so when I play any type of game (always windows borderless for my dual monitor) it runs smooth and amazing, but as soon as I stream, watch youtube videos or have anything onto my second monitor the game starts to kinda delay or lag to where its not as smooth as the 144htz, I am always above 144 FPS no matter what but when I have something on my second monitor the game on my primary monitor starts to do that weird lag/delay or stutter

I have a primary 144 and secondary 60htz monitors
Primary is with display port and secondary with a HDMI
temps for everything never go over 70 celsius

My specs
i7 8700k to 3.5
EVGA GTX 1070
Corsair Vengeance 16 DDR4 ram at 3000
Kingwin Lazer 1000 PSU
corsair H55 AIO water cooler
asus prime z370-A
SSD with my windows
and a 1TB hard drive
both storages are new
I just built this computer about one week ago
