stutter everywhere, even on games that recommended on intel web

my laptop battery was already dead so whenever i start using my laptop i have to plug in the the adaptor first, then someday a sudden blackout make the laptop lcd broken, so i start using monitor, then when i playing L4D2(usually 50fps or more and that before blackout) it had stuttering which is really annoying, then i check my ram and it's say still in a good condition then i check the hdd,which is nearly 100% disk usage(i already disable win update) the hdd it's about 6-5 yrs old,the third party software say my HDD still in a good condition, so what causing it?

(it have slow loading times)

it could be the internal gpu that start to go out did you dust off the laptop and check temp using hwinfo .

i already clean up my laptop and the temp is not even near 77celcius (when playing games)

hey, i just test my hdd health check again using crystaldiskinfo and the result are "health status : caution, temp : 43(celcius)" i think that's the problem, what do you think?

the hdd at 43 c could be use is maker software to do both short and long test if it fail time for a new one .
