Stutter under 60 FPS in all games.
Anytime I get under 60 fps it feels like it's missing frames and it jitters/stutters or skipping frames. I've tried disabling godrays , disabling vsync, adaptive vsync, changed my hz on my monitor to 59, 50, 30 (normally 60 hz) and a bit more possible solutions.
I have a GTX 970, i5-4690 3.50 GHz and 8 GB of RAM. I also had the same problem when I had a GTX 760.
I run Fallout 4 with everything on ultra Including godrays (I've tried lowering settings and still stutter under 60 fps)
I looked at my temperatures of my CPU and GPU while in the city of Fallout 4 which I had around 34 fps and recorded results;
CPU = 79 degrees (C) (Maximum)
GPU = 59 degrees (C) (Maximum)
I think my CPU temp is way too high. Could this be the problem?
If you could leave any suggestions on how to fix this problem it'd be appreciated.
An execption to this is South Park: Stick of Truth, which was capped at 30 fps by default and was completely smooth for me.
