DOOM also crashes and wont even launch. Brings up a window saying "DOOM Unhandled Exception" when I clck on "view report" it brings up a long message saying-

i would:
#1 Use DDU then reinstall the GPU drivers
#2 Use a synthetic benchmark (that way you can somehow eliminate between hardware/software issue) if it completes
#3 use afterburner to check volt/temps/clockspeed, spikes from here to there would denote a hardware issue.
#4 a little time consuming but you can also do some RAM tests (memtest86)
