Stutter Using GTX 750 Ti and Dual GTX 1070

I replaced one of my two 750 Ti cards with the 1070 and now I get a stutter every 1 sec thats probably less than 10ms long, is this specifically from mixing the two for extra hdmi monitor ports or would it still happen on an SLI build with two 1070s?

4, 22" ASUS, 23" ASUS, 24" ASUS, 32" LG

I do believe you can run all of those on a single 1070, I imagine that the 1070 by itself would fix the issue. Which 1070 model do you have? You can get cheap passive displayport > HDMI adapters. Then you'd also save some electricity and heat by only having one card.

Okay, so your GPU has two HDMI outputs and two displayport, so you'd just need two displayport > HDMI adapters. ok running a single 1070 now but now experiencing stutter at minimum load doing nothing but running netflix in chrome, checked fort memory leaks and found no overloads, cleared cache, cleaned registry of unneeded entries, restarted pc, shut down obsolete services but nothing fixing the stutter yet
