Question Stuttering after adding new RAM (8GB to 16GB)

Hello everyone, I've noticed that my pc has begun stuttering every now and then (maybe once every hour sometimes twice) when I do things like watch youtube videos or play video games after I upgraded my RAM from (4x2) 8GB to (8x2) 16GB.

Motherboard - ASRock H97 Anniversary ATX LGA 1150 Motherboard
Memory - Corsair Vengeance 16 GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 CL9 Memory (Upgraded from Crucial Ballistix sport 2 x 4GB)
CPU - Intel Core i7-4790 3.6GHz
Video Card - MSI GeForce GTX 1080 8 GB AERO Video Card
Power Supply - Antex NeoECO 620 W 80 + Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply
Windows 10 (64-bit)
Storage - Seagate Barracuda 1 TB 3.5' 7200RPM

Not sure if I'm overloading something or too much voltage?

Is there any crashing ? Did you run memtest ?

Hello, no there is no crashing. I have not run memtest but I will look that up and give it a go, thanks!
