Stuttering after upgrade

Hello all,
I just upgraded my mobo, memory and processor, and now my computer stutters every 2-3 seconds, regardless of what I'm doing. I haven't been able to correlate it to cpu/memory spikes or process usage. I've tried the other fixes I've found on other threads and forums. I switched the memory sticks around and tried each one individually. Removed gpu, tried different hdmi ports. Tried overclocking, underclocking, restoring system defaults, updating all drivers, removing each external hardware, nothing even helps. The cpu is liquid cooled and the core and gpu temps never break 30 C.
Current specs:
i5 6600k
asus z170 pro
patriot viper ddr4 2666 mhz (4x4gb)
msi gtx 960
patriot ssd 500 gb
windows 10
750W psu

Please help!
Thanks!

Solution
Might want to consider uninstalling the video drivers using the Guru3d DDU and the audio drivers through device manager, installing the latest GPU drivers from nvidia and the asus MB drivers through their website.

What may be happening here is a conflict of your current drivers and the old ones, causing the stuttering in video and audio even in light use.
