Stuttering and FPS drops in Battlefield 1

Hello!
So, since I got my PC a new CPU, I decided to start playing Battlefield 1 again.
But, since I've started playing, I have noticed a lot of stuttering and fps drops, and I've already tried almost all kinds of fixes, including the user.cfg on bf1 main folder, settings on nvidia control panel are all set, and my settings in-game are all set to low.
I don't know what to do anymore, but I'm thinking this is a CPU bottleneck, since all the CPU's 6 cores are at nearly 100%.
My PC specifications:
Motherboard: Asus A5M97 R2.0
CPU: AMD Fx 6300 3.5GHz (6 cores)
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 750Ti
RAM: 8GB DDR3 Dual Channel (2 sticks of 4GB)
HDD: 1TB Western Digital Green Power

My computer should run this game fine at low settings at least, but fps drops at each 3 seconds?
Hope someone can help me, thanks in advance!

Solution

If your GPU is already experiencing low GPU usage it's likely due to a CPU limitation. Getting a more powerful GPU will not fix this.

You should consider getting a new CPU/Mobo/RAM, the FX series is old and slow compared to new CPUs.
Update:
I managed to enable Adaptive VSync and Triple Buffering on Nvidia Control Panel, which appears to reduce the stuttering, but it doesn't completely fixes it.
From what I have found out, my GPU doesn't go over 75%, so I'm thinking the problem is low GPU usage.
Anyway, I look forward to buy a new GTX 1060 by the end of this year and maybe a new CPU.

Ok then, I saw how much RAM battlefield 1 uses, and it doesn't go over 8GB so I think I'm good with that.
Can you suggest me a good CPU that is compatible with an M3 socket? I personally prefer AMD CPUs, but I'm ready to try Intel CPUs as well.

Ok... that's gonna be a bit expensive...
I'll need some time to think about that.
Can you suggest me a not too expensive motherboard with an AM4 socket, DDR4 RAM channels and a fast CPU?
No need to worry about prices, I will search for it myself.
Thanks in advance.
