Question Stuttering and frame skipping/micro freezes. o_O

Hi, all. So recently my Seagate HDD 2TB 7200rpm 256mb had died and I bought new Seagate Barracuda 4TB 7200rpm 128mb. Ofcourse I could use only 2TB on Win7, so I brought it in a service shop to install Win10 Pro 64bit. After I installed some games to try it out they all run terrible, stuttering and micro freezes/frame skip every 7-10 sec especialy when I rotate the camera to look around. I never had such issues on Win7 and my old HDD, my BIOS is set as it should, all drivers are installed and updated the Win10 version is 1703. I tried differnt SATA slots on my MOBO as well as different conecting cables (HDD to MOBO and PSU to HDD).

Windows 10 current version is 1903. I'd prob start there. Unless you meant 1903. Most early revisions aren't supported anymore.

Update it to 1803, the stuttering is still there, even a little worse I think.

Now go update all your system drivers, and re-install the GPU driver with a clean install.
If you haven't already I'd strongly suggest doing a bios update too!
