Hey, I've been having this issue for about two months now and it's really annoying me. I've tried so many things to fix it and everything has either not worked at all, or only worked for a day or two. What happens is my fps drops dramatically and my game will freeze for up to 10 seconds, also my game might just stutter and I will lose audio whilst playing. I think this could be a HDD problem because the only game I have and can store on my SSD is Escape From Tarkov and that is the only game I don't have issues with. The problem is that I also cannot record what I see and hear because when I try to the footage is extremely choppy, this has also been an issue ever since the stuttering started as well. None of my hardware is at 100% but when the stuttering does happen my RAM, CPU, GPU and Drive all jump to a higher usage until the stuttering stops.

Games that I have issues with range from:
Rainbow Six Siege, Overwatch, Fortnite, CSGO, Destiny 2, World War 3 and even games like Minecraft (Less often)

My specs are:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600X
GPU: GeForce GTX 1050ti
Mobo: MSI B350m PRO-VDH
RAM: Corsair - Vengeance LPX 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-3200mhz
HDD: SeaGate BarraCuda 1tb
SSD: Kingston SSD A400 120GB
PSU: EVGA 600B

Any help is appreciated, Thanks.

I checked for malware and viruses so many times. I will do stress tests now.

Ok, my cooler is fine and also repasted and cleaned my system, it is not fixed. Now I am getting issues where it looks like black boxes are taking over my screen (Image). I will do a clean install of windows later today because i think this may be the issue, when I went on my desktop yesterday, nothing was there except recycle bin.

P.S. sorry for the late reply
