Hey guys,
Currently having an issue that's very hard to work out what is causing it. My computer seems to randomly come to a point where the screen stutters when trying to play games or even sometimes doing general things on the PC.
Tonight it got to the point where I just had to give up and close everything and wait for the issue to stop. I quickly took a screenshot and recorded a video of what happens.
I want to note that this is 100% not an internet related issue because it happens even on the desktop of my PC sometimes when dragging the mouse around or moving windows around.
My setup is as follows.
i7 3770k (running stock, nothing done to it)
HD7950 (running stock, nothing done to it)
ANTEC 620 gaming power supply
500GB WD main hard drive.
1TB WD backup drive.
BenQ XL2420Z 24in LED 144Hz Gaming Monitor
