Question Stuttering in CSGO with decent PC

Hi,

I am getting horrible micro stutters in csgo, but getting 120+fps on csgo. all drivers are completely up to date and pcbenchmark is okay. ive tried running it with freesync and vsync on and off on both the monitor and radeon settings app but still the same. not really sure what to do from here :/ it doesn't do this in any other game, as i can run R6 Siege at medium achieving 100+fps too.

PC Specs are:

AMD Ryzen 5 2600 @ 3.7gHz
Asus ROG Strix RX 570 4GB
Asus ROG Strix B350F Gaming Motherboard
Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x4GB @2400mHz
Western Digital Green 240GB SSD
Seagate Barracuda 2TB HDD
OS is Windows 10 64 bit.

Try raising your Minimum Processor State in your power options:

already set to 100%, same as maximum processor state as well. really puzzled as to why it only happens on csgo, as well as apex legends. every other game runs perfectly.

Try rolling back your video drivers, that is if you are using the latest.
