[SOLVED] Stuttering in-game and seeing PSU Wattage drops/core clock drops

So I recently built my desktop together and everything was running smoothly in day to day tasks, including several games; e.g. SWTOR, Borderlands 3, FF14 online.

When I play CoD Warzone, I was having smooth gaming experience but only recently have I been getting stuttering while in game and I found that this coincided with Power, W drops / Core Clock, MHz drops that I monitored using MSI Afterburner. The strange thing is that when I play normal CoD multiplayer, I do not experience any stuttering as of now.

I have uninstalled my AMD drivers twice using their clean uninstall option. Temperatures of the CPU does not exceed 71 celcius and the TJunction of the GPU not over 81 celcius.

Please let me know if any more information is needed. I would just like to find out if there is a reason for the stuttering that is happening and what I can do to stop it from happening. I have attached a picture of the MSI Afterburner graphs.

Thanks in advance.
