Stuttering in games and I don't know why.

Here are my spes. https://gyazo.com/e3ce1b40c1bce991223342ab6dc4f3a4. When i play anygame, ranging from league of legends to GTA V to Osu, I always have these small lags when im doing something. For example, when i am playing Osu, the screen would freeze really quick out of no where and go away right after. I dont see any fps drops or input lag. In league of legends my screen would also just freeze for a millisecond and go back to normal. It is extremley frustrating and I dont know what the problem is. Please help. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Download MSI afterburner and run the monitoring part and see if any of your temps are a bit high, next Likely cause is a driver (gpu or chipset)

here is what I got. What is the temperture displayed for? Gpu? Cpu? what is the normal temperture for all the parts?

There is a monitoring part as well that has a bunch of different lines and will show max/min temps and voltages and speeds of everything. You need that part of afterburner running, then go play some games, and come back and look. Idle temps mean nothing

Which temp? It monitors several, additionally is your core or memory clock all over the place?
