Stuttering in Games?

Could what you call "stuttering" actually be screen tearing? It would make sense that a 1360 x 768 resolution would tear more than a 1080p display, since the FPS above normal refresh would be roughly half as much on the latter monitor. If you wouldn't mind, could you take a cell phone video of your screen while you're playing a game, upload it to YouTube and share the link here? I'd like to see precisely what the issue is. BF1 is a demanding game, Black Ops 3 less so. I know BF1 works well with 2GB of VRAM, but I'm honestly not sure about 1GB.

Also, could you state the rest of your system specs, if you wouldn't mind? I'm especially interested in your RAM amount and OS.

Since then I have upgraded to an rx 480 so the stuttering is gone. Before I was running an fx 6300, 8gb hyperx ram, 120gb transcend ssd, and the 750 1gb. All games would drop under 10 fps for like 5 seconds at 1366x768 and at 1080p the stuttering was less so.
