Stuttering in games

So I recently built my first PC! Yay! I downloaded Geforce Experience and tried to install MSI afterburner but it didn't work work some reason? Though don't worry about that. I didn't install drivers for my mobo or anything but I don't think that matters.

When I opened Overwatch for the first time I was getting some pretty good FPS on high settings, around 80-100 in quick play. Though while the FPS was high, I would experience sudden drops in FPS and stuttering. I am wondering what I could do to fix this?

System:

Intel Pentium G4560 @3.6ghz
GTX 1050 Inno3D
Corsair 4gb DDR4 Value Select RAM
MSI B250M PRO VD LGA1151
500GB Toshiba 7200RPM HDD
Corsair 450w PSU
Deepcool Smarter Micro ATX Case

Did you do a clean install of windows? Not install a hdd with an OS on it into this?

If you didnt things like this can and will happen

4gb ram is a bit low. Data is probably loading from HDD as you play. Add another 4gb.

When I installed windows I accidentally installed Home, so I had to install Windows again to get Pro. I looked online for how to uninstall windows but I couldn't find it so I just reinstalled Windows Pro. It told me there would be a new file on my HDD called windows.old so when I got in I tried to delete the file but a lot of the files couldn't be deleted. Is this the problem?

You boot from the Windows dvd / flash drive. get into windows setup delete all the partitions then reinstall windows

You can get rid of it through Windows disk cleanup. It's just taking up space.
