So after building my new rig I've been having this issue with specific types of games. Those types of games are open world survival types. When loading into a game of Rust people usually wait 5-10 minutes. My times have been almost up to an hour. When I do load in everything runs slow, stuters, and freezes for about a minute. When it stops it runs fine over 60+fps but if I move the game will drop in frames to about 1-10 or some times freeze until I stop moving. I have this same issue with ARK Survival Evolved minus the loading times, but the stuttering seems to be a lot worse in ARK.
Other games that have somewhat of an open world like Dark Souls 3 and actual MMORPG's such as WoW and Guild Wars do not give me this problem either.
My specs are:
CPU: i3 8100
GPU: RX 580
RAM: 2x8 GB
Storage: 1TB HDD
I also use MSI afterburner to check if it was a cpu problem but it never spikes when the game stutters or anything.
