Stuttering in most games with gtx 1060

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7400 CPU @ 3.00GHz

Video Card NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB

RAM 8.0 GB

Operating System Microsoft Windows 10 (build 15063), 64-bit

Make sure drivers/windows updates are up to date. If you are using a 3rd party anti-virus/firewall app, check for a 'game mode' and enable it. Otherwise temporarily disable the app while you are gaming. There is also a "buggy" game mode built into newer Windows 10 builds. If problem persists, run 'Task Manager'(CNTRL+ALT+DEL) while you are actively gaming and check CPU/GPU/MEM/HD status to see if anything is being heavily consumed(other then the game) and close that app.

overclocking gpu fixed stuttering in gta 5 but still stutters in other games i think i need to upgrade ram also my pc is prebuilt and its called HP Pavillon Power Desktop 580-023w

What settings and resolution are you playing at?
1060 is only suppose to play 1080p 60fps

Maxed v ram? Overheating? Cpu and gpu usage?

im playing at 1920x1080 memory does get really high

dont know if it was overclocking or what but its fixed now

can you tell more about your experience? because i have the same problem here... i'm starting to think that is something gpu related too - gtx970 - since eliminating the cpu overclock, changing ram timings and speed and "defauting" BIOS did not help me.
The stutters always occurs when loading textures, that being changing a car in rocket league, loading the map real time in forza or PUBG and other examples
