This is my problem right there. I stutter like crazy in runescape but I also stutter in games like Reign of kings, GTA 5, Skyrim, RUST and such. The only games I play stutter free are games like Counter strike and Dota 2.

I've tried running all games off both my SSD and my HDD. No difference.
Another weird thing is that when I put it to sleep and come back after school and/or work, it won't turn back on and I'll have to do it manually, e.g. restart it. The num-lock light will be stuck.
