Hey, I have this issue for so long yet it didn't bother me since I just got my second monitor 3 days ago, whenever I reopen a game, it's stuttering so what I have to do is go to the drivers settings and go to display and from there activate or deactivate if it's activated already, and play with the ingame display settings (Borderless / Fullscreen) and it was bothering me but not that much, at least until when I got my second monitor, now I have to play with the settings of both monitors, and even when I fix it, if some window is opened on my second monitor (whether in fullscreen or not) , my main monitor feels like it's on low fps although it displays for example 144 FPS, any clue why it's like that?
