Question Stuttering issues with new build

Hi there, I put together my first build a few days ago consisting of:

MSI MPG Z90 Gaming Plus Motherboard
Intel I5 9600K
2x16 G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series DDR4 3200 MHz
RTX 2060
1 TB SSD
3 TB HDD
750W Gold+ Power Supply

The first day of usage there were no issues. Played league of legends at max settings for 30 minutes, Borderlands 3 on ultra for 1 hour, Fortnite on max settings for 30 minutes, and dauntless for 10 minutes. No issues.
Second day of usage, I started getting lots of stutter. Very frequent .25 second - .5 second stutters. Played World of Warcraft for 30 minutes when the stutter became extremely noticeable. Closed WoW and the stutter persisted with normal Windows usage - no games or intensive programs running.

do you have another power supply you can use to prove yours good or bad ?

If the power supply checks out then I would do the same with the GPU...swap it and see if the issue goes away.
