Question Stuttering Lag issue

Hi Guys,

I have played pubg since the start, and there is one problem that keeps frustrating me, it is the "Stuttering Lag" issue, I believe it is called stuttering (something like this

) but it wasn't as serious as shown in the video, still it affects my gaming experience a lot.

Most people just tell me that it is the problem of the client, but I don't believe this is entirely true, I sometimes have stuttering issues in CSGO too. I have tried many settings such as turning power management mode to Maximum performance and some other nvidia 3D settings etc., but seems like nothing is working.

Below is my spec, would be much appreciate if anyone can tell me whats wrong, whether it is my hardware or something else? Should I reinstall my windows completely, will that work at all?



Processor - i7-6700 (not sure if "K" or without the "K", currently not on my pc)

RAM - 8GB x 2 (16GB)

Hard Drive - 256GB SSD

Graphics Card - GTX1080

Monitor - 2560x1440p 144hz

Operating System - Windows 10 (encrypted version)
