Question Stuttering on fortnite gtx 1650 Super

Hi, Im currently getting fps stutters on fortnite with gtx 1650 S, I have 2 sticks of 8gb ram. My pc specs are more than capable of running this game at 160fps constant however the stutters make it unplayable. I used msi afterburner to check temps and cpu and gpu remain between 40-45 constantly, gpu and cpu usage are also fine. I have done all the 'prefer performance' settings on nvidia panel and in windows settings. Any ideas ? TIA

what cable are you using from GPU to display if its not DisplayPort I suggest you try that.

RAM - 16GB (2x8GB) dual channel
GPU - GeForce GTX 1650 Super 4GB
power supply - InWin A45 450W 80+ certified gaming power supply
