Stuttering on New Build

Recently I built a computer for the first time back in Novermber. However, for a while I've been having stuttering issues in most games. Sometimes it's like frame skipping, but other times it's more constant microstuttering. Games like Europa Universalis IV, Bioshock, Far Cry 3 and others. I have updated my drivers, tried taking parts out and re-installing them, and changing monitors.

Here are my specs:

EVGA GTX 780 Superclocked
Intel i5-4670k @ 3.40Ghz
Asus Xonar Essence STX Sound Card
8 GB DDR3 2133 RAM
ASUS Z87-A LGA 1150 Intel Motherboard
SAMSUNG 840 Pro Series SSD
Corsair Builder Series 600w PSU

Anyone know why this could be caused?
