My PC suddenly have this stuttering problem. Like for example, when I move my mouse to the left, the cursor would go to the left but there's a slight delay, it skipped the animation of the cursor when it moves and it happens a lot. Also, I get audio stuttering when this happen. My CPU temp is 50c Degree on Idle and goes over 60c Degree when on full load. Program that I use to monitor it is HWmonitor.

My Spec:
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate x64 SP1
CPU: Intel Core i7-3770 @3.4Ghz
RAM: Adata 4GB 1600Mhz
GPU: Zotac GTX 1050Ti OC Edition
Mobo: Asus H61M-E
PSU: Dazumba 450 Watt

It happens not long after I overclocked my GPU once using MSI Afterburner, but game crashed. So I have undo the overclock. It's also not long after I replaced my CPU from i3-3240 to i7-3770. The problem gone sometimes but it is back again. I really need your help.

Pardon my bad English.

I use 2 HDD. First one is SeaGate 500GB and 7 years old. And the other one is SeaGate 1TB 2 years old. I have 3 partitions. 2 on my old HDD (1 for system) and 1 on my newer one. There's 20% left on my 1st partition, 7% left on my second partition and 3% left on my third partition.

I bet the lowest partition is your system right ?
if yes the problem might come from it and since its really old
let me ask you do you have some bluescreen of death ?

The 20% left one is my system partition. I used to have Blue Screen of death but that was a year ago. The HDD health status is good when I check with Crystal DiskInfo.

BTW, my CPU clock speed is misbehaving in HWmonitor. It's supposed to be locked a 3.4Ghz but last time it gone up to 5Ghz.

I never overclock my CPU. It was my GPU that I overclocked.

Thanks for the answer.
