Stuttering Problem in PUBG

I have stuttering problem while playing PUBG or PUBG Mobile PC. Plz help bcoz it's really annoying when it freezes for some mili sec in game.
Specs :
Ryzen 5 2600
MSI 1060 3GB
1 8Gb 2400 Ram in slot 2
1 TB HDD
550W PSU
Win 10

Go into "Reliability History" and look for error codes and warnings just before or at the time of the freezes.

Just type "Reliablity History" (without quotes) into the "Type here to search" box.

Red and yellow icons indicate errors and warnings.

I opened it and found no error. Stuttering usually comes when some player comes or I move around to different places having different texture in Game.

Okay.

Use Task Manager and Resource Monitor to observe what is happening.

Open one or the other and just watch for awhile. Leave the window open but slide to one side. Then game as you normally do.

Look for some resource being maxed out or otherwise creating a bottleneck.

Verify your system's specs to the game(s) recommended requirements.
