Stuttering when playing games.

Well i haven't played a lot of games but tera online planetside 2 and hawken(a little bit) have all been suttering for me and my gpu is overclocked
-Gtx 960 SSC
power limit 110
core +20
clock+275
my cpu is i5 2320. Is my CPU bottlenecking?

Maybe try turning the settings down? What do you have them at?

an i5 shouldnt bottleneck a 950. probably an unstable overclock. Did you OC yourself? install and run unigine heaven benchmark on max settings at full screen, let us know if it crashes.

did it with nvidia optimisation and even when i don't overclock it at all other then just putting the power limit to 110% still stutters etc. I turned v sync off and on still stuttering. :///

Strange as it may sound (no pun intended) you might try uninstalling and reinstalling your audio drivers. Bad/outdated audio drivers can often cause video stuttering in some games.
