Stuttering while playing Far Cry 4.

I am having stuttering issue while playing Far Cry 4. This only happen when I am driving vehicles in the game. Here is some results of the test that I conducted on my HDD. Can anybody confirm that, is my HDD causing the issue?

My Computer specs:
Asus H87 Pro mobo
i5-4670 processor
1Tb WD Black
PSU: Cooler-master Silent Pro Gold 550W
Corsair Vengeance 8Gb 1600MHz (CMZ8GX3M1A1600C10)
Asus GTX770 2GB VRAM (Factory settings)
Monitor: Dell S2240L
Asus DVD-RW 24x

Your HDD is perfectly OK (according to the SMART data) and has good write speed and access time. So the stuttering is most definitely not due to the HDD. It maybe because of your RAM (single 8 GB piece). The RAM is not operating in dual channel mode. That seems to be the only probable bottleneck in your otherwise good PC.

Dual Channel will be good. Will enabling XMP profile, help my purpose?

For XMP, you need the 4670K processor with unlocked multiplier, you cannot do it with your locked 4670. In any case, XMP has marginal effect on games. Double bandwidth just has no substitute.
