Getting random stutters that seem to come from loading things, eg. CS-GO stutters when a character gets shot and dies (loading textures?)
Stutters in dota 2 as well.

- I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling AMD chipset drivers
- Uninstalling and reinstalling nvidia drivers
- Updating BIOS
- Reinstalling windows
- Disabling AMD PSS in bios
- Monitoring temps for overheating
- Disabling Game Bar
- Enabling G sync
