Stuttering with GTX 1050

I experience some stuttering and fps drops in games like Fortnite , Far Cry 3 and PUBG

i3-4130
GTX 1050
8GB DDR3
500W PSU

What i tried :
- power management : high performance both windows and nvidia
-disabling page file
-reinstalling the driver

What can i do ? Is the cpu too weak and it bottleneck or something

And something to add : my gpu utlization fluctuates from 98% to 70 or 60%

The CPU isn't the best but 2 core/4 thread should probably be fine for those.

A 1050 isn't very fast either but you'd think it would be okay for those. What resolution are you playing at?

~100% GPU utilization means you're GPU limited during those moments, less means you're platform limited at those times.

I reduced the stuttering i think by disabling realtek and nvidia audio drivers ( i use usb audio drivers )
And i overclocked a the gpu a bit ( power limit 100% ) and core voltage the same

To answer your answer i play at 1080p
