Question Stuttering ?

Hello guys,

First let me apologize if I make any fault I'm not a native english speaker.

I bought a pre-build pc 1 month ago because I had my old laptom with a gtx850 for almost 8 years so it was time for a change.

Specs : Legion T5-26IOB6 Desktop Type 90RT
i5-11400F
RTX-3070 8 Go,
16 GO RAM, 512 Go SSD,
650 W Power Supply,
Windows 10

I've got stuttering but without drop of frametime or fps since 1 week, I don't even know if this is an issue but right now i can only focus on this and don't even enjoy the games (It's in all games).

Well I tried to reinstall windows, update driver, change nvidia settings, power management and disable game bar and a few others things on windows but it is not working, no overclock and temps fines.

I started noticing it 1 week ago,1 day after a windows update or maybe it was here all the time and i didn't noticed it.

brand and model of the psu?
how full is the ssd?
check cpu/gpu temp?
what the ram?

I can't have the model of the pslectronique u the only thing I know is that it is a 650 90%

RAM 2x 8GB UDIMM DDR4-3200


Temp while doing this game 45°C gpu and 37 cpu

SSD have 60% storage left
