Question Stutterings with i5-8600k after i bought new gpu

Hello, yesterday i replaced 960 for a new gpu rtx 2060.
And now every game i launch i get good fps, like 144 fps on apex legends, but every couple of seconds my game stutters/doesn't respond for like 1/3 second.
Fps are always stable, the only reason for it could be cpu usage 100% (which is odd, it was never 40% over with 960).

My cpu has boost option to 4.2 mhz, and very good power supply Be Quit gold 600w.

All temps are very good, I already checked for broken pins etc everything is good. I formatted my pc to reinstall drivers for fresh. Nothing worked.

It's driving me crazy please help T_T

I'm gonna try to install old gpu later and see if problem still exists... But what's the point of rtx 2060 then;/

Tried benchmark while cpu was 20%Benchmark Ungine Heaven on low with 200 fps +. Gpu was 100% cpu 20% and still had stutterings.

You should reinstall the drivers or make a new windows

Why do you thing it's odd? The 2060 is about 200% faster then the 960 so you should have at least 80% usage but the CPU also has to work much harder for higher FPS.

Need to post the rest of your system specs for proper help.
Windows version?
CPU = i5 8600k
Amount of memory? speed? 1 stick or 2?
Did you uninstall old drivers first then reinstall the new ones?
ect..

I'm facing similar problem with the same setup although I've got only antec ne 550w psu. Also do you mean those strutters as frame drops? I'm having tough time playing pubg as it dips below 50 frequently. My Zotac rtx 2060 is sitting at 85°c while in pubg. Have you found any solution?
