Stutters every 30 seconds

Hello. I just built a PC a few days ago, and when i've been playing games on it, every 50 seconds or so, there is a slight stutter, and when i look at MSI AfterBurner, it shows there is a large dip in GPU usage every once-in-awhile. It freezes for a less then a second and then its fine.

I am currently using an MSI R9 390, I5 6600k, 170-a mobo.

The graphics card temp. is around 80ish degrees celcius under load.

Any solutions?

Also, I read a thread a lot like this, and they said they fixed it by messing around with the monitor settings, could that be a solution?

The more I keep it running and playing, it seems to get a bit worse.

Any overclocking being done? Have you tried using different drivers?

I have not done any overclocking yet, and I double checked and made shure im using the most recent drivers

Forgot to ask; did it happen in every games? Or just specific one? Did using older drivers also causing the same issue?

Not every game, more like the cartoony-ish games. Like GRAV, or Dungeon Defenders 2. I have to yet tried older drivers. Games like CS:GO just have random freezes every once-in-awhile.

Could be driver issue. In the past GCN based card does have problem on non DX11 based games. For example 7k series is well known to flicker in any DX9 based games. So is this fresh install for graphic drivers?
