Stutters in all games / fps drops

I've got frame drops in pretty much every game that's a little demanding.
On rust i have about 100-150 fps stutters crazy when looking around (tested on about 20 servers)
The only game that works is BF1 with fps locked at 60.
I tryd to install new drivers from geforce experience, and underclocking cpu to 3.2ghz nothing seems to help.
Btw it started about 5 days ago. And i can't remember that i did anything.
I don't really wanna reinstall windows.

Specs:
CPU: I7700k 4.4ghz
GPU: Evga Nvidia GTX 1060 3gb SUPER CLOCKED
RAM: 16gb Single stick 2133mhz
PSU: 500w idk brand
CPU cooler: NZXT Kraken x42 (liquit cooler)
Motherboard: MSI B250 gaming m2

Temps underload:
CPU: 50-60
GPU: 50-60

Temps idle:
CPU: 30-40
GPU: 30-35

from your specs i see 2 possible reasons
1) single channel ram
2) gpu needs more vram (this u can check with GPU-z)

But the thing is that it worked fine 5 days ago. And the yes i will buy 1 more ram stick.. Its just pretty damn expensive 220$

I can't see any stutters anywhere i even check right after some stutters. I playd bf1 while taking this picture

I think I have the same problem as you... I would start with double checking your graphics drivers with a clean install and then making sure your bios is up to date. Please post back if you solve the issue!

Already installed latest drivers from gfe as i said. And update bios wont help. as i also said it worked fine for 5 days ago and had been working for 8 months

gpu ram is maxed, reduce texture quality, antialiasing and so on t keep it under 3gb and problem solved
