Sub £700 PC for gaming

I am trying to decide on parts for my first gaming PC but I am in a budget of around £650 - £700 and there are a few things that I would like in it.
1. A full size ATX motherboard which can use DDR4 RAM (or DDR3 in the case of the AMD processor)
2. An AMD Radeon RX card with 8GB of VRAM (Either 480 or 470, whichever would fit in budget)
3. An Intel i5 CPU (Sky-lake or Kaby-lake) or an AMD fx 8350/837
4. A case with front panel USB

I don't know that much about the market so any compromises I should make to get the build more suitable for the budget I would be interested to know.

atx board, good 1920x1080 gpu

Thinking more about it I only have a 1080p monitor and currently play games which aren't graphically demanding such as CS:GO and Rocket League so the cheaper GPU is probably more suitable for its use and the motherboard has good expand-ability options if I choose to add more RAM or extra storage etc. I might remove the SSD and get 8GB of ram as I am a first time builder and looking at reviews the BitFenix Nova is hard to build in due to lack of cable management so I will probably invest the extra money into a slightly higher quality case and possibly a semi-modular power supply if it's possible.

The CX550m, that I linked above would be a suitable PSU, as you are looking at cable management.
