Sub woofer to PC

hi guys. I have a Samsung Home Theatre and I want to connect its woofer to my PC. I have a Micro-lab LXi6324-R speaker as well but I need more bass and the only way I can connect it to my PC is through a black and red wired output on woofer. is there a converter maybe to my PC case? to connect it to my 3.5mm port or something? Sorry for my bad English. It's not my mother language. If anyone help me with this I'm very thankful. See the link below

That subwoofer requires a single channel power amplifier to be used with your PC. The amplifier would connect to your PC subwoofer output.
