Subenetting help needed

I'm pulling out my hair. I have to subnet an ip address 10.1.0.0 /23 into two subnets. Subnet A needs 190 hosts. Subnet B needs 4 hosts. I need the subnet masks for each subnet, the network address, 1st host, last host and broadcast address for each subnet as well. I have tried to read through every source i have. I know this is a class a address, but I'm screwing up somewhere and it is driving me mad.

If there is not a requirement to be efficient with ip addresses then just use 2 /24. If there is not a third subnet they will be wasted anyway.

You can do 10.1.0.0/24 and 10.1.1.0/29. Use the following calculator to figure out all that you need.
