Subnautica broke PC

Ever since I have downloaded the game Subnautica none of my other games have been working. I get the "Pre-release software" screen that shows up when loading Subnautica on all of my games and I have no clue what is wrong or how to fix it. I uninstalled Subnautica but all my other games are still unplayable.

Ok this looks like steam is trying to launch subnautica instead of the desired game. Go to subnautica in your library, right click and select delete local files. then restart your computer. next go to your hard drive that the steam library is installed on and go to steamapps/common and make sure there is no subnautica folder there if there is delete it and try running another game
