subtitles on vlc going too fast!!!(please help)

I have this movie and i downloaded subtitles. I extended file and put it in movie. After i realised subtitles were to fast I went to Tools > Track Synchronization, and change Subtitles/Video to 5.000 sec because subtitles were fast. It worked for a while but as movie went on subtitles were speeding up and i can't do that method every 5 min. So can somebody help me ???

Its probably not vlc's fault. Subtitles have time codes that are supposed to match with the movie, try to find a different subtitles...
