Sudden computer slowdown

My setup:
i3-3225
Sapphire r9 380 compact
12 gb of ram

Today i turned on my computer and noticed a lot of stuttering as well as massive frame drops in all my games. I have attempted system restore and a hard drive defrag, but none of these have worked.

Would be grateful to anyone who helps, thanks!

Try updating your AMD graphics card drivers. This happens to me when I overclock poorly, so my guess is that it's a GPU issue.
