I've had this build for three years now, kinda bummed that it's suddenly started giving me trouble.

It's an Asus P8B75-M motherboard.

Occasionally and inconsistently, I get a sudden freeze. Monitor stays stuck on that freeze while other peripherals become unresponsive (mouse and keyboard even have their power cut). After a short time, the pc crashes entirely and my memok! light turns on solid red.

Another restart and it's back to working until the issue repeats. Is this a RAM issue? What steps should I take to figure it out/solve it?

Solution
DRAMs a possible, can run Memtest and see if it kicks errors out, my first thought though after 3 years would be PSU, could have a driver problem, might check for and update to latest BIOS and update all the mobo drivers to latest - same with the GPU driver, get the latest
